I really wondered about real estate, and my husband did also. We thought mabe a stable future for our 3 kids and us was possible though a little know how. The only thing I learned through John Beck was how we could put 4k on a credit card and have some slick talking punk on the other end jabber nonsense and hype about NOTHING!
We realised we got bilked when we discovered the "Tips" were just simple leads to the county recorders office and a overly saturated market of crappy properties, and the monies we could have used to purchase a property, were lining the pocket of this slick-haired rat.
No accountability, and no money for us. The only thing this guy did was set us up with redderick and pompus, inflated claims. I could blame this on youth, my husband and I being young and nieve, but the plain fact is, we were stupid. However, I believe these "Mentoring Fee's" are in fact simple consultation fee's and only the use of the word "Mentoring" may be in fact a way of getting around what I believe are limits on pay for cosultants.
So, 4k in the hole with fee's to drag us further, I warn desperately DO NOT follow, believe or try what these people are selling, because it is MENTAL property, and they will not answer you directly without some heady-profit driven drivel. They have been taught by fast-talking bunkmasters, so, go listen to a car salesman, its cheaper, and you can see him to laugh at his cheap suits and lies... For free.
