Rip off! Charged to remove concrete and covered it up. Miss measured and had to cut concrete and patch

Signed contract on 4/19/05. On May 6th was called and told would start job the week of the 9th. Showed up to start work the 20th of May.

The contract was for them to remove garage slab, Price included removal of concrete. After my investigated found that they did not remove concrete they covered it with gravel. Made them come and remove concrete.

Footings for the garage floor did not pass inspection. They had to come back and fix and make correct.

There contract states that steel mesh and rods will be incoporated into the concrete. It was never done.

The raised cubing on the concrete garage slab was not measured correctly. For a 16 foot door the had a 15 foot opening. The cut the curbing and patched concrete.in 2 places.

Asked for an adjustment on concrete work and was denied.
