I was refinancing my home in Oregon thru my really Kewel friend in St. Louis, Mo-Bill Green Lending.
Bill called the only clown available whom alledgedly had "30 years experience" - well when he showed up -it took 3 weeks by the way -he spent 10 min at my house then drove away with his tail between his legs telling us all the while how cool he was and there would be "no problem" with getting the $210,000 value we needed to get out of the deal.
It seems Larry gets his wifey Callie to do all the paper work while he goes to the bar, crack dealer's etc, because it took another 3 weeks to get the actual report, and it was just cut and pasted from the previous appraiser's report (not Larry the Fairy's).
My friend Bill spent hours on the phone with this guy trying and begging him to perform his job and give the right paper work.instead he gave him and us lip service, and wrote all over the paperwork - unfinished home (when are you done finishing a home-never) Which the bank picked up on and kept us in escrow another 3 months while we spent extra money we didn't have and top prices paid for decking materials in order to finish our home to the bank's needs-all thanks to Larry's sabotaging the verbiage on the appraisal report and refusing to correct it when asked by friend Bill to comply with the lender's requirements.
Meanwhile while we were away someone must've known that Larry was a slop artist and lazy besides us-the bank? And he showed up at our house without our knowledge to "finalize" his paper work after 3 months. Since we weren't at home he wrote more incompetencies in the required documentation to schedule the closing, nd when my friend Bill called him to get it (he had promised the paperwork back with no b.S. Attached) from him, he immediately denied any agreement reached between the 2 of them, and started accusing Bill of every thing under the sun including "defrauding a lender"-wich is what guilty people do-shift blame upon other's to draw fire away from the real cause of the problem.
I estimate (conservatively) that Larry and his actions cost my wife and I around $6500.00 in unnecessary expenditures.
PS - My wife has 20 years experience as a real estate broker and mortgage broker and NEVER has experienced this type of loser and harassment in all 7000 deals she has closed. When does it take 3 weeks to return a phone call? When you can't get your head out of your rectum.
PSS - Now that all the work is completed where is my new appraised value?
Run for the hills if you ever see or hear of this guy-it will be on Judge Wapner and Judge Judy - whoever is the MEANEST that day by the time I am done with him-LAZY&$!
