They sucked me in, they lied to me, I believed them, they scammed me Ripoff Nationwide

I got a call from Integra Financial Benefits on March 9. I talked to a lady named Janet Douglas (it least thats what she told me her name was.) She sounded nice and convincing, she wanted to see if I was intrested in getting a pre-paid master card for $249.00. I will get up to $2,000.00 credit line and will be able to take out cash ($500.00) when I need it, and for the first 3 years my payments will be. I thought about it, I even talked to my husband, he told me to go for it, because it will benefit my credit, since I had a little credit. So I signed up, paid check by phone, she put me on hold, someone else answered to verify my bank information. I got her name, her extention number # everything sounded great. I waited, and waited, I called back, gave them my reference number, the operator told me that its still processing. And this was a month later.

So finally in April, I get something delivered to me UPS, I new it was my card. I opened it, and it was a bunch of coupons for cruises and whatever, I didnt even really read the rest, I get the same stuff in the mail, and I treat it as junk mail. But in the front of the packet, there was a cover sheet that said your card will be arriving in 25 days. I was like, SAY WHAT? I already waited for over a month, and all I got was a packet full of junk mail. So I called them back, I asked to be transsfered to Janet Douglas, at extention # (the lady who sold me on this) She operator told me that they dont tranfer calls. So right there I knew they were up to something. So I said, okay I will talk to you than. I asked her where my credit card was. She said, well didnt you receive a packet? I said, yes, and it didnt have a card in it, it had a bunch of junk mail, and a notice saying that I will be getting my card in 25 days. Well, where is the card?

She said that all the information was in that packet, that I had to read it. I told her that there was no information about anything, all it said is my card is on its way, and I never received it. She said, that I didnt pay for a card, I paid for their discounts packet. I got upset and was now in tears. And I asked her, so what you're saying is that I paid $249.00 out of my savings for a bunch of junk information? She said yes, and started laughing, I asked for a refund, because I didnt pay for that. She said they dont do refunds, that now its my problem, and hang up on me. I was in shock right there, I couldnt believe someone had scamed me and tricked me into this. So I called back, the same person answered, I nicely asked to speak to somebody else in charge, she knew it was me, she said, no one will tell you any different. Right there I started begging to speak to somebody else, even though in the back of my head I was thinking there is nodody else. She laughed again, and said that I paid for a packet. I told her no, I didnt. She started argueing with me, telling me what I paid for. I told her, I think I would know what I spend $249.00 on, and it wasnt that. So she said that I am waisting her time, and hang up on me again. So I called back, after a couple of answering machines, someone answered. And it was a different lady, so I told her my story, she puts me on hold and puts that other lady who hang up on me twice on the phone. I guess they had me on alert. She told me to stop calling, that they dont have time for me, and she hang up on me again. So crying, I called my bank, they told me it was too late for a refund because 60 period passed, sorry.

That made me upset even more, this is the biggest lesson I've learned. Never apply for anything over the phone, even if you know the name, visa, master card. She told me that it was bank of america master card that they were offering to me. Well I bank with bank of america, and I know about mastercard, and I needed help with building my credit, little did I know. That B*Ch on the phone made me feel like a loser and a sucker!
I have 3 children, 2 still in diapers, so I could used that money on diapers or kept it in my savings for the rainy days.

I found a number of their processing center (949) 729-1400 Ex: 157 his name is Mark, he is going to refund me the money into my account. Dont take No for answer from your bank, call their processing center and get your money back.

And learn never to do that again! I know I did!
