Please please have someone call me later on at home regarding my drive acct im very frustrated as acustomer and will be having my lawyer call you re this matter all of your reps are rude and have hung up in my face when ive tried to get my acct status active im very upset with your company and the web site they have posted is right you guys are scam artist and i will make sure that after my count becomes upto date i will go threw somewhere else this is bull and the customer service you and your customer provide is horriable its is so bad that i will right the department of better bussiness breau and complain and have them invwestigate your low life company this is crap and i will not be treated like this im paying you my money you need to hire people who really have customer service not just anyone off the streets and for the wannabe manger ron who's handling my case please have someone else hes not professional and niether is the young/old lady answering the phone she also hung up in my face when i asked her who the ceo of your company was and if i could have there address that not professional and i will be having my lawyer contact your company immediately please assign a different rep/manger to my acct thank you please respond asap
