This company called my grandmother and said that they had a grant to help me go to college. They wanted my grandmother to give them account #'s so that they could charge them a "one time" fee of $29.99. We were supposed to be able to call them within 24 hours to cancel the transaction. When I called them, they said that my information would not be available to cancel for 48 hours. I asked for a supervisor and was told that all supervisors were in meetings. I asked for the contact person Jason Black and was told that there was no person like that in their business. We ended up having to cancel Grandmother's account and switch her Social Security check to another account.
