This is about a Deadbeat Dad who has diappointed his son to the point that he doesn't care if he ever sees him again. He has broken many promises in the last 13 years.
Shan Alan Hiatt's last known address is in Fowler, Co. His mother, Gwynne Nielsen Shannon, works for the community center.
I have contacted them several times with no return response.
Shan is over $15,000.00 behind in child support. He makes no attempts to pay this, everytime Child Support Enforcement finds him and starts garnishing his wages he quits his job.
Shan was once a rodeo bull rider, I don't know if he still participates in the event or not but may still hang out with other cowboys or arenas.
Shan is 35 years old. You would think that a man of that age would be mature enough to face up to his responsibility but he hasn't, he has done just the opposite and ran from it.
