Aka Auto Gold Took money out of my checking without authorization ripoff

A telemarketer called me and after repeated badgering the person still took money out of my checking after repeated no, no, no on the taped conversation.

I called the company and all they keep saying was it was too late for a refund and I just got my bank statement. This was on May 05 and the check date was April 05 exactly 30 days.

I can't believe they still took money out of the checking account when the offer was refused 3 times and it was clear the person on the phone was not awake.
