On April 27th I visited the Wachovia Online Banking website to look at my savings and checking accounts. Forty-eight dollars was missing from the checking account.
Upon my clicking the details button the newhealthysavings appeared as the recipient for the missing 48.00 dollars. Immediately I telephoned the Wachovia Bank to report the missing money form my checking account balance.
The Wachovia Bank representative called newhealthysavings so that I could speak to a representative of newhealthysavings. Speaking to the newhealthysavings representative-she told me that I had been charged the 48.00 dollars for for membership to musicchoice a website. And that I was being billed 48.00 dollars once at 1.00 dollar per month for a four years membership.
I then told her that I want to cancel my membership, because when I signed up for the membership it stated 1.00 dollar for one month. She said a refund would take 5 days and later in the conversation she changed it to 15 days.
The Wachovia Bank representative cut into the conversation and said " The money has not yet been set for withdrawal from my account and that she could just delete it if it is ok." The representative of newhealthysavings.com agreed to cancel the membership and she told the Wachovia Bank representative to go ahead and delete it. I checked my checking account balance to see the change was there and the balance was made correct.
Today April 30th I have checked my checking account balance and see that the 48.00 dollars is missing from my account and paid to newhealthysavings.
