I used to work for USA under Ingram sales and Eagle sales. The storys i read on here are funny yo me in a way. If you read them they all say the same thing. They ordered and THOUGHT they were being scamed so they canceled their order. They never complain about how they ordered and didnt get them. You only have 3 days to cancel if you wait 4 days your stuck. The contest is real and so are the points. Every person who knocks on you door should have a price list with a code next to each mag on it. On your recipt their is a box for mag. No. Or mag code. It is your job as the person buying the mag to make sure you have wrote your address and phone number and it is completly filled out.
Yes, some of the kids are smooth talkers but its common sense to check all things. The kids selling them are not scaming you. You are just not being responsible. When people buy a car, or spend money they always read the small print, why dont you when you buy a mag. Every year i met people that bought off of us mag kids evrytime we come around. They always got them. And they always got them because they check to make sure all of there information is correct. And i saw people were complaining about being chared $30 for a cancled check, any where you cancle a check will do that. Not to mention the fact that it says it on the back of the recipt. And as far as people complaining about them being over priced. Most of them are not and even if they are that doesnt make it a scam. THe kids are winning pts to go to cancun, points dont pay for the trip. People dont buy the mag because they want them, they buy them because they want to see you win your contest. Once people realize that it would make it much eaiser.
If you can donate money each year to places and not get anything why cant you pay $50 for a mag sub. To help a kid get to cancun. And to be honest most of the kids who do it come from broken homes and are trying to better their lives. People need to wake up and stop the non sense. If you got screwed its because you didnt read everything or you didnt make sure all of your information was right. If you have a response i would like to hear it. Thanks
