I signed up with this professional staffing company in November with the "verbal" details: $23/hour, $30/day perdiem, lodging, car for 8 week contract in Crownpoint, New Mexico.
After 3 weeks on site, political, EEO, other legal issues were evident. I refused to re-sign for another 8 weeks. They would not pay me for my last week of work for over 30 days, No perdiem or overtime was included.
Upon review of past invoices, more Perdiem, overtime not paid. They refused to pay for my trip home to South Dakota from New Mexico! Now they will not respond to emails or take phone calls. Total amount owed to me is $1,500.00
