I ordered my Singer Laser Storm on 03/19/05 via phone during tv ad. My debit card was charged on 03/23/05.included in the charge was express shipping (less than 10 business days). It is now April 13th and still no product.
I went to Igia online and tried to contact customer care and no matter when I try to call I get the same recording, to call back during business hours which I am already doing. UPS can not help without a tracking number, which I can not get.
My debit card was already charged and my bank said I will have to dispute the charge and they will go after the company for the money. After reading some of the other reports, I do not believe they will have any luck finding them either and I will not be refunded. They also have no more information than the bogus customer service number, at this point anyway.
I will post another report regarding the outcome. I am grateful for the info on this site and want to thank the women in kentucky for all the work she did. I will not have to duplicate it. I will look at other avenues. I know someone who works for Date Line! Best of Luck to you all. I will next time wait until the product comes to the stores!!!
Oh and P.S... Did anyone notice the stupid TV commercial can no longer be found???
