Lue hippo is giving us ther run around as yet we still have not recieved our computer and we have paid over 300.00 they refuse to give a refund when we have not signed a darn thing no contract nothing we started off with package 2 which has a cdr/w and it supposedly came with an x box after making numerous payments we called to find out where are shipping paperwork was then we find out that the package we selected does not come with the xbox no big deal right wrong we told them we just want our money back and we would go somewhere else they tell us the money is non refundable how is it non refundable when we havent recived anything nor got the pc and there was no contract signed and also we finally so ok so we are out at the time 150.00 my wife talked me into staying with it and keep paying and get the computer and we would go purchase the xbox somewhere we called back and told them to keep going and to fax us the paperwork to recieve the pc 4 days later still no fax called back 3 days later a one page shipping paper arrived no contract no welcome kit that ive read about above or anythng else and to top it all off its the wrong package we called back they tell us we need to make more payments as the package we originally selected was more exppensive then what we have been paying
My wife called back and told them she wanted to speak to a supervisor after sitting on hold for 21 minutes the same rep that we had been talking to got back on the phonen and told us to call back as the supervisor was busy he took our names and phone numbers and told us the supervisor would call us a soon as they got a chance yeah right
3 ddays later still no phone call can you say after reading all this class action lawsuit everyone on this page we should all get together and sue this company maybe we could all stop this company from ripping off others and possibly get our money back
Since the time of our email we have contacted the bank and blocked them from any access to the account were hoping and prayin they use another name and debit the account again so we could have the whole lot arreseted on fraud charges this is rediculos that a company who looks so reputeable could be so crooked tomorrow im going to notify the local news trouble shootin team the ones who go after theses companys on air and see if there is anything they can do ive read all the posts to this website and i am raging mad
