I ordered computer package through blue hippo and it has been over 2 months and I have not recieved my computer package. I called customer service and each time they give me a different runaround like I need to wait until the fifth payment and it wasnt stated in the contract. Then after the fifth payment I called and they said it takes 5-7 bus. Days for delivery and payment are processed. I called after 7 days and they said I needed to complete a release form for delivery and they would mail it to me. The take 39.99 out of my checking a week and they said it is all non-refundable. I asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager does not speak to the customers ever. This is a ripoff.in the computer package I was to get a computer, a free printer, a bundle of software, and a free 20' tv. But when???
