Updated report from 9/30/04. Fha/hud will not help or stop people from getting ripped off and they wont even in force their own laws that are in place to prosecute an appeaser who willingly and knownly lies and falsisy on u. S department of housing and urban develoment (vc) forms.
As of now, i do not have a lawyer i had to fire him in the past year he took 10,000.00 from me and did nothing to help me. My life saving. I ask the federal government and state for help and they wont even help me. I wrote to president george bush, congressman john mchugh, senator betty litte, hillary clinton bill clinton, john defroncisco, hud inspector general general, attorney general, n.Y. Govener, and called about 100 people from fha/hud the govener and state ny.
This is amazing and hard to belive that you can ask all these people for help and nobody will do nothing to inforce fha/hud own laws to stop and prosecute an appeaser from lieing and falsify on U.S. Department of housing and urban development forms. You woud think that it would be a crime in its self to do nothing all these people correct me if wrong but don't they work for the government and if somebody reports a crime has been commited they are suppose to do something about it instead of telling me that there are no laws have been broke.
According to fha/hud own handbook (4150.2) a crime has been committed. I am going to quote from their own book 4150.2 page 7-1 through 7-13 (regulatory environment, enforcement and sanction. False, fictitious or fraudulent claims (18U.S.C. S287,1001)-criminal penalties and fine, (18U.S.C. 1010,1012), (24CFR PART 28), (24CFR PART 30), (24CFR PART 24) NOT ONLY IS THIS IN FHA/HUD book 4150.2 but the bush administration launch a program that shoud stop appeaser from doing this to people.
Fha/hud implements appraiser watch monitoring system. Isnt this proof alone that fha/hud doesn, t even follow laws the president put in place to help and stop people from getting ripped off and scamed whan they buy a house and fha/hud has aprogram called homebuyer protection plan to but will not inforce it.
