I was contacted by phone from a man stating i was preapproved for a $2500.00 mastercard through Integra financial and to rebuild my credit all I had to do is give them my checking account # and do a "secured recording" to allow them to deduct $250.00 from my account and they would send the mastercard to me with-in 30 days.

I've never received anything thus far.
