Ripoff $249 dollars they said I was declined a master card and they would give me a $2000 card

I would like to report this company Integra, they ripped me off for $249 dollars saying that I was approved for a mastercard for $2000 and that I could build my credit. IF any know of this scam please contact me Darik at 409-963-3520 or 409-665-9000
