My husband and I had a lease option agreement with a company know as Sunland Inc. Of Lancaster Pa. To rent our home out with an option to purchase ;who broke our agreement by nonpayment of our mortgage, they were to collect money from us and the renters and pay our mortgage and they defaulted in payment.
Contract was considered finished, by our attorney. We have been trying to collect rent from the renters in our house for the last 8 months, we are in the process of eviction, but it is taking alot of time in and out of court.
They refuse to pay us any amount of rent, but they refuse to leave. Our prior contract stated to pay $800.00 per month, but they will not pay; it is now upto $6400.00 that they owe in back rent.
We just want them evicted so we can move on with our own lives. The reason for renting this home in the first place is because we were relocated and know have our own mortgage payment plus the one in Lancaster County. 1373 NewHolland Pike, Lancaster, Pa 17601.
We want them to get a bad credit rating so they can't rent from someone else and do this to them.
We our filing a law suit against Sunland Inc and also the two people mentioned above.
We are trying to put our home back on the market but they refuse to let the realestate agents anywhere near the property.
