Washington at 202-225-2452 (House of Armed Services Committee) the committee that oversees AAFES.
Your congress, in my case Ms. Eddie Bernice Johnson office at 214-922-8885. That's the district for Dallas, but be careful, depending on who at the office is handeling your case, they will try to turn it around and make AAFES the victim.
The VA's office, I don't have a number for them.
Get them involved, the purpose is to show the people above that there is a serious problem with the structure of AAFES. If they receive enough letters, emails and complaints, they have no choice but to look into the matter.
Finally, use the media. Word of mouth and information is powerful. If you need anything else respond, let's join together and help each other with information.
