"Loren" called and said she was callig to confirm that I was getting my magazines as expected and I said that I don't get any magazines. She said "NONE?" and I said no. She couldn't believe it and says that they have in computer that I was getting FIVE different magazines. I said absolutely not. I wouldn't even enjoy those. I asked for a manager to get things straighted out. She said that the magazines were on a credit card with the last 4 digits -3000, which I don't own. I asked for the name of her company and she said "service Department-Oklahoma" and I said for WHAT company and she replied "Active Periodicals". I asked for a phone nuber and she gave me 1-405-543-7634 which I later found to be invalid. I am very unhappy about this call and the number on my caller ID shows up Unknown with no # which I thought was not legal anymore.
Any suggestions?
