Ripoff! Gave me the impression i had a contractual obligation to order magazines and are now charging my credit card daily for $39!

I am reporting Active Periodicals in Deerfield Beach, Florida for giving me a false impression of having a contractual obligation to order magazines from their company. They have automatically charged $39 from my mastercard two days in a row! I am contacting my lawyer about this and plan to sue.in addition, I will no longer EVER subscribe to another magazine.
