I was contacted in Sep 04 in whick I was told that I would receive a credit card with a 2500.00 limit, that this program helps rebuild credit but the cost would be 299.00 and that once I received my card that I could go to any ATM and withdraw and pay myself back. The funds were taken out of my account Oct 2 and I called the company requesting my card. I spoke to Jean MacDonnell and she assured me that the card would arrive in 3-10 business days. When I did not receive the card in that time frame I called the company back and started asking questions, they assured me that I would be receiving my card in 3 business days.

What I received was a packet of papers (on Nov 30,04) not a credit card, I once again called the company and was assured that I would be receiving my "credit card" I let this sit a few weeks and contacted the company once more, at this time I had a hard time connecting, the lines were busy. On January 13 I contacted the comapny once again and allowed my wife to talk to the company. She spoke with Michael Brandon and when she was requesting information about the program that we had purchased she was cut off. After several attempts to call back she spoke with Kristina Rich and at this time was informed that she would put in for a refund for misleading information and that we should call back on Jan 20,05 to get the status of the refund, it was also explained to us that once the refund was accepted that it would be rerouted back to our back within 24 hours.

The call was made back to the company on Jan 20,05 at this time my wife spoke to Jennifer Salinas, she informed us that the ferund was denied and my wife asked to speak to a manager, Jennifer explained that she would leave a note to the manager and that I would receive a call after 4:00 central time. I DID not receive that call and my wife called the company once again on Friday Jan 21,05 and spoke to Mike Jones, she stated that we never received a call on Thursday, Mike Jones said that it was noted in the account that someone did call at 4:15 on Thursday. I verified the phone number they called and explained to him that no one called, I had the phone with me waiting for the call. I checked the missed and received call log on my phone and no call from the company.

Mike Jones stated that he would have the manager call that afternoon (Friday) guess what no call again.By this time it was to late to call the company back so on Monday Jan 24,05 my wife calls the company once again, she spoke with Tony Starks, she requested to tak to a manager and he stated that he was a member of management, She explained teh sisuation to him and demanded a refund at this time he explained to her that since this has been going on since Sept 04 that we will need to send a letter to the company requesting a refund.

She explained to him that there were reports off this false act all over the internet and that she will take this as far as she needs to. We will be writing the company and going to the bank to try to keep this from happening to anyone else.
