I had been on the internet trying looking at free grocery store coupons. Some how or another i was signed up for some voicemail services that charges an additional monthly fee of $14.95 on my phone bill. HOnestly i never look at my bill to closley till this month when i noticed that i had two charges for some voicevox services that i did not know what it was. THis company had been charging $14.95 a month Since January.
THis has been over a year that i have been paying this ridiculas fee. I am a single mother who works 32 hours a weeek and i am angry. I have tried to get through to these peopel nad they say there only going to reemberse me for two months of this service. I want to be reemberesed for the whole things since the day i was charged. I was never given a voice mail number and i have never used the services. I pay for voice mail on my own phone. There is no way KNOWINGLY that i would have signed up for another service. Can any one help me to get this taken care of.
