My first and last experience with Teleflora! Ridiculous is the only clean word I can use to describe this past Mother's Day! I ordered two arrangements on Mon. (5/2) to be delivered on Fri. (5/6) for my Mother and Mother-in-law. I completed all blanks on the site and recieved confirmation for both orders. My mother didn't recieve her $54 bouquet and balloon until 8: oopm Friday night and my mother-in-law NEVER recieved her $44 bouquet and balloon! I emailed Teleflora customer service Friday afternoon (5/6) and NEVER recieved a response. I called first thing Monday morning (5/9), day AFTER Mother's Day and got a rep that said "Um" every other word and finally proceeded to tell me that "I" had put my order on hold on Tues. (5/7), FALSE! Then she says it could be delivered today (Mon.) and we will send you 25% coupon for your next order. Hello?! Not! I then spoke with a supervisor named Kirsten who was apologetic and admitted it was merely "human error" on their part. OK! She proceeds to tell me she will get the flowers delivered today (5/9) and I will recieve 50% off that order. I said okay. She later calls me back on my cell phone and tells me she personally got on the phone and called florists and found one in Eastman that would deliver to my Mother-in-law in Abbeville, GA that same day and will attach and apology note stating it wasn't my fault it was Teleflora's fault. I was pleased with this. Note: I spent 46 minutes on the phone with them Monday (5/9) for them to correct their error. My Mother-in-law calls me around 7:30pm (5/9) stating she still hasn't recieved a delivery! I call Teleflora AGAIN! Note: I'm on the phone for 35 minutes this time and end up speaking to a rep who says she will have a supervisor call me "if" one becomes available. I said, "IF nothing, they will call me!" No response from anyone at Teleflora, so 30 mins. Later I call back on my cell phone the number that Kirsten called me from and speak with a supervisor named Shannon this time around. I inform Shannon of the situation and she states she will call first thing in the morning when she arrives to work at 11:30am central time on Tues. (5/10) and find out why the florist didn't deliver and call me back. She calls me back on my cell phone stating she spoke the florist in Eastman, GA and they told her the bouquet was delivered. NOT! They proceeded to tell her that they called my mother-in-law and she was shopping in Eastman and so they met her at Taco Bell and gave her the arrangement. NOT! My mother-in-law was at home because I spoke with her, plus she doesn't shop in Eastman, she shops in Cordele. I tell Shannon this and she is going to call florist back and see what's going on and call me back. So, I then later get a call from Keneshia, another supervisor with Teleflora. She states somone has lied to me. YOU Think?! By this time she has spoken with my mother-in-law and we have both agreed nevermind on the arrangement because Mother's Day is gone and they have spoiled the meaning of the flowers and the occassion. NOTE: Shannon also told me on 5/10 that the arrangement would be delivered and i would get a FULL refund. While speaking to the LAST supervisor with Teleflora, Keneshia, I told her CANCEL the order and give me a FULL refund and don't EVER worry about me doing business with them again! Teleflora DOES NOT deliver on the same day ordered or the date you pick, even if you call/order in advance! My advice: NEVER use them!
