Just thought someone might need to know this: I have spent all day entering data on the Priortax.com website - went back in just a bit ago and got some kind of warning from their website that I would need to change my internet settings to access the site. An automatic support page came up giving instructions for Windows using Firefox but I am on a Mac so instructions were meaningless. I contacted support via Chat and ultimately a "Sonya" stated I would just need to use Google Chrome. But I am not going to change my whole browser setup and if that is a requirement they should state it up front. Miraculously, I was finally able to get in again and deleted as much of my personal info as possible for obvious reasons. In a last ditch effort I tried to send an email to support, but after spending more (wasted) time on that, it refused to send my email. I just feel that others that may want to use that site need to know about their terrible website and even worse support.
