I was trying to purchase test prep material for the Microsoft Access certification (77-885). I went to the website above and purchased test prep material for $69. The site seemed pretty legit at first glance but after the transaction was complete and I went to the website to download my product but it just brought me to a blank webpage. I then tried to download from their page using different browsers (Firefox then Internet Explorer) but I still got the same result. After a few tries I was told that I exceeded the amount of times I could download my product. I submitted a trouble ticket via their support page stating my issue. The support page said that they would respond back within 24 hours of receiving the ticket. I then got an automated message back saying they received the ticket. After a day of waiting I decided that I would give them a call because the automated message I got had a phone number in it. I then noticed that the number was one number too long leading me to believe it was a fake number (1-866-931-84047). Five days later I went back to the website to check on my ticket and left a comment asking for an update on it's status, I still have not received a response. Then I noticed they had a Live Chat button, but the live chat button actually read "Live Chat Support *Offline* Click Here" and just lead me to another email form.
After all this I now believe that this site is a fraud...
