Asked repeatedly not to use blowers and equipment next to my vehicle including today. They will not stop.
A blower took shattered a pane of my screen door some time ago and these unnecessary repairs can be very time consuming and costly. Several neighbors came out and witnessed the actions at approximately 11: 25 am. on a recent visit. They are also circling the property for long periods of time doing no work. Last Friday, after a sloppy edging job, leaving the debris, they stood across from my property for about an hour -- an unfortunate "edger malfunction" it seems. If they are doing this to gain attention, and leverage this attention to their benefit, people need to be aware that they are unprofessional and doing more than landscaping. I attempted to complain to the Better Business Bureau and the business responded that they "did not have a contract with me." Excuse me? This is my house. Crazy. As a result the BBB wouldn't record the complaint (read carefully when you submit these). Nice little game they've got going. I've asked them to change their policy so that the public is not mislead to believe that there have been no issues with this company. They said I could write a review, but surprise, the review "wasn't received" and informed me after the fact that the "HOA Board" would have to file the complaint.
