Not able to see order placed at ebay India

I have placed order for 3 Burgner products at ebay India site. After placing order I got following SMS for order confirmation but I don't see my order in my history.

I used my payback point to place the order and not I can see 0 balance in my payback account.

I talked to ebay India customer care and they provided me 18665403229 to get it resolved.

Can you please help me to resolve this?
