Lack of tubes

I have been rolling my own cigarettes for a while now and recently I was cheated out of filters when I buy the box of 200 gambler tube cut premium filters 100s last box I bought was missing almost 35 filters and this box was missing close to a quarter of the tubes (50) I demand retribution
