No itemized invoice provided

I have taken membership of Jenni Craig weight loss program. Here one has to buy weekly food from them. When I place the order they ask me the total amount to pay but do not provide itamized invoice for me to check and do not provide details as if they have something to hide and they may be overcharging customers and one gets the feeling of dealing with a Fraud company. When their computer can calculate the amount payable why it cant be printed for customer to varify that is it right and correct or otherwise.
