I joined the LA Weight Loss in Germantown, TN.
The program was not what they explained. I signed up for 372 dollars and told that is all I would have to pay. I come back 3 days later and they tell me I must pay over 500 more for Bars that are required on program. The girl working there "Camille" is way larger than I am. I am not sure how she thinks she is teaching anyone how to eat right at her size!
I went back to the center for 7 visits since joining. Everytime I go to the center there is someone different working. They all say they are from "corporate" filling in. When I enrolled, the girl that signed me up said she would be working with me. Every time I have visited the center there has been a different face and I have had to explain my story and background. I am tired of it. They told me they would be my partner in weight loss—but everytime I go—it is a different partner.
I have worked once with each of the following: Ellen, Judy, Amy, Sherry, Michael, Camille, Sharon... The list goes on and on. They all seem very "sales hungry" versus helpful in weight loss.
I should have joined a reputable center like Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers. No wonder they have closed so many LA Weight Loss Centers around the country. I would not be suprised if the LA in Germantown and Memphis dont close soon! The service SUCKS!
