I signed up for their program in September and prepaid the whole program, maintenance and bars. I spoke with them concerning the bars and that they didn't work for me (in accordance with my doctor) and was supposed to receive a credit of $265.34 per Michelle in Customer Service in Dublin (as well as the office I signed up verified as well). I have tried over the past couple months trying to find out why I didn't receive the credit yet... And no answer. Now today I find out that they have closed their doors.initially, after I signed up, they closed the doors of the location that I signed up with — and shifted everyone out to Roseville (further away). They haven't been on the up and up this whole time, and now in retrospect I feel that they knew what they were doing all along. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office, as well as am disputing it with the credit card company. This is wrong that they have done this to so many people and they need to pay back what they took from everyone. Telling us that Jenny Craig will honor the balance of our contract is not the answer. If we wanted Jenny Craig then we would have signed up with them in the first place. Help!
