Did not deliver what was paid for

I ordered and paid (from South Africa) for a giant poinsettia for my mother in the UK for Christmas. They delivered a bunch of cut poinsettias that are not cut flowers and droop the minute you cut them. They refuse to deliver what I ordered or something similar and are just not interested.

Do not use these people as you do not get what you pay for.
