On Sunday December 18th went to Noblesville Indiana store at 4.30 pm.
The hostess wasn’t in her place…. After 60 seconds she came to the door and she was eating.
The server came to the table after 5 minutes, I ordered G. Steak medium well and two full rack ribs.
The server came with three drinks and dirty A1 sauce bottle
I asked for the manager on duty and I talked to him about my concern.
He said to me the hostess has to eat something because she was working long hours, and he said sorry about the dirty bottle { A1 sauce} and he blamed the steak is not in menu because the corporate planed the menu not him.
My steak came in raw not medium well.
I really had very bad experience with dirty silverware, dirty drink glasses, dirty condiment and inexperienced manager have no idea what to say or what to do.
