I purchased 4 craftsman 2 ton floor jacks. 2 of the 4 are not working and I cannot get parts. I am told by the authorized sears repair facility that the parts are not available. I am very unhappy that a craftsman product which historically has had such a good warranty is now worthless because there are no replacement parts available.
