U-haul, u-box piss poor service to include customer service - u-haul, u-box

If you value your sanity, don't ever use U-Haul, U-Box Moving and Storage. This is my first experience with them and will be my last. To put it in a nut shell (they suck).
It's been over 1 month since I began dealing with U-Box. I had trouble getting them to bring the box out when they said they would. Then I get a box delivered and later on that night about 10 pm someone calls to say they have my box and is trying to deliver (needed my zip code). I told them I already had a box. Next, time to pick up the box. I called to have the box picked up only to be told over and over again that someone would be there before the designated time which would be 4:30 pm as I was turning in my keys and since the community was gated, they would need to be there before that time. They did not make it. Not only that, but management had gotten involved from day one, because the left hand never knew what the right hand was doing? The manager Jose Devilla had given the delivery driver his business card to give to me, and I was to call him personally if I had any other problems. This proved to be a useless act, as of 30 days later, and more time than I ever cared to talk to a perfect stranger, Jose Devilla has not lived up to his promises. My box sat in Georgia for almost a month when it was supposed to have been shipped to Virginia. No one communicated this information to me until I called to have the box delivered. So now I'm sitting here waiting for a call form U-Box for over 2 hrs. Now, as I have movers coming to unload the box (hired/paid movers) and U-Box can't even tell me where my box is at this very moment. According to Jose Devilla, it was put on a truck on Tuesday night, but what he failed to tell me at that time, was that it takes anywhere from 7-10 business days to reach it's destination and even though everyone in the world practically has a cell phone, they cannot track the driver of the truck to find out where the box is? With today's technology, they can't track a truck? How incompetent is that? My last call to Jose Devilla proved useless, as I was told, "I'm busy, call me tomorrow and tell me about it." Jose Devilla is the manager in Georgia, who was going to make sure I had no more problems. Subsequent calls to speak to someone that could give me some answers, were to no avail. I've never dealt with U-Haul, U-box before, and I will never again. Call U-Pack, they are professionals who know how to get the job done right. If you value your sanity, don't call H-Haul, U-box!
