Major repair issues on a 2013 Polaris Ranger UTV

We bought a UTV in Aug. 2013. Front tire was flat, was out of alignment, throttle stuck twice within 1 month of purchase, and discovered a noise in the main gear drive on or about Nov. 3. Took vehicle in on or about Nov. 5. After a few days, no response and after repeated calls to the service dept. Which automatically went to voice mail we made a trip to Albany. Mechanic had lot full of Polaris for work and was no help. Spoke to service manager and he said they would have to call the mfg. Because they did not know how to fix the problem. No response, then after repeated calls and no response, made another trip to Albany. Service manager said it would be a major problem but would probably be about $400.00 according to the parts list. My husband asked to see the parts list and it contained information about a starter which there was no problem with. He informed sales manager about that. Made a call to the salesperson and rec'd the run-a*round about what to do at which time my husband informed him of lemon laws. Salesman then asked him to call the store manager. My husband informed him that we did not want that vehicle because of the major issues. He was told he would have to call someone about the problem. No response. Made a 3rd trip to Albany and was told the manager did not work on Mondays but would call us no later than 12:00 the next day (Nov. 19). No response as of 1:00 pm, so I called him. He informed me that we would lose a lot of money if we did not want that vehicle because we would be trading in a used vehicle. We paid over $2000.00 down. I told him to keep it and that we refused to pay for a lemon. He also told me he had just come in from the service dept. And they had the vehicle on a dyno to check on it. They do not even have a dyno!!! So more run-a-round. They have one mechanic in the whole service dept, and a lot full of Polaris's for repair. We have already been without now for 2 weeks and no end in sight for the repairs to be done.
