I have been calling my local Sears store for hours now to get in touch with someone in the appliance department to no avail! No one has picked up the phone and honestly I'm just going to return my range microwave because it just isn't worth talking to the stupid automated machine that they have running the lines. Seriously, this is just absurd! Never shopping here again!
