I specifically told the very young salesman that I didn't want a dark color bedroom because the bedroom was very small. I carefully selected a beige/gold Ashley bedroom suite. The orig. Price was $1,499.99. They gave me a $1,299 price if I paid in cash. I did. My invoice had no stock #, model # or color. Just Ashley Queen bed. I asked him how will he know which group to delivery and he said he remembered. So I got his business car and wrote the color and description on the back. I was scheduled for a 5:00pm delivery. I was notified by my employer that I was assigned a 3 week assignment in the Philippines. I asked B to try and delivery my furniture earlier and he said they had all pieces in stock except 1 night stand. I said I wanted all pieces at one time. Well the truck delivered a black and gold bedroom. I immediately went back to the store and they insulted my intelligence by telling it was the one I picked out. They had moved the one I picked out and replace it with a black/gold bedroom. I have called over 20 times asking for the owner/manager name and they play games. I was told his name was Sam, then Abe. I been in the store several times asking them to bring me what I selected and paid. They sent me something totally different from what I selected. Here it is Oct. 25th and still have someone else bedroom suite. It is not what I paid for. Now they refuse to even discuss it and leave me no choice but to file a lawsuit. All I want is the bedroom I selected and paid cash. They had no problem taking my money.
