We purchased a house in January from Mary Murphy of Re/Max Realty Concept Corp. Brokerage in Kingston Ontario Canada. It has a faulty foundation. The agent and the previous owners knew of this problem and sold it to us anyway. When the frost left the ground in the spring the water came in. The damage was hidden by new drywall and paint. We put all the money we had into stopping the water from coming in. I am a retired vet. My husband and I are on disability pensions. We are at our financial end and we can't sell this house in the condition it's in. It would be nice to have some direction on this. We are seeking help to fix this problem. Thank You
