I purchased a house at the business of this realestate sales company where they conducted their business A-One Realty... There was a nondisclosure statement signed..". No prior problems with leaks at this address"... This was not true... There is a newly painted exterior sheathing (none other was painted) on the arizona room on this house... The house has been leaking down the middle window above this exterior sheathing paint job... The drywall all along this part of the house has been repaired, the door mov ed, and the drywall that repaired it is under a portion of the house. The repair for this roof is close to ten thousand dollars. The paint is fresh. T is only painted on the portion of this portion of the house.
I walked the house prior to the roof releaking and found the partially painted house and had gone to Ace hardware to match paint to finish painting the rest of the house... This lady and her husband owned the house...
The lady is a broker in the State of Arizona and her jusband admitted to owning five houses in the state... She has several properties in the area that are listed... There is a complaint into the 'Better Business Bureau', The Arizona State Board of Realators and The BTR (Board of Techn ical Registration) on this issue... It will be resolved... Don't be their next victims.
