Sonnie realty is a fake real estate broker that tricks home owners sending them letters from a fake investment corp called A-1. When in reality is actually her and her partner's called aldo bussi and christofer sivegny that pose to be investors. They promise the owners they will help them get out of foreclosure by buying their properties, their real intentions are to list the property, convince the owner that the best way is, to do a shortsale and that the property must be put under a trustee for them to able to give them $5,000 to $10,000. They purchase the property for themselves, find a buyer which they sell the property to for much more than what they bought it for. They dont allow the buyer or the seller to get their own attorney's because what they are doing is illegal and they could get caught.
