Man came to fix our Whirlpool refrigerator. He said the dog hair under the refrigerator is what caused it to not work properly. I told him the ice maker was not working. He didn't even bother looking at it. He said it wasn't made for large families. The temperature gauge I put in the refrigerator read 52 degrees when he came, when he left, and this morning. Everything in the freezer is thawed. When I called Lowe's this morning to complain again, woman said he wrote on the his report the refrigerator was working properly. Grrrrrrr... Tomorrow Lowe's is send a different company. Lowe's needs to do a better background check on these kind of companies.
