Replaced kitchen appliances after 15 years due to a remodel... Purchased all new Whirlpool appliances at Lowe's as that is what we had before with few or no issues.
Nothing but trouble and complaints are falling on deaf ears. Have replaced all the shelves in refrigerator as plastic is breaking around the tempered glass cost is $ 50 each with no help from Whirlpool or Lowe's. Microwave has been worked on at least 3 times and now there is an issue with the venting system and lights... Whirlpool oven and stove have had numerous problems with touch pads, heat sensors, etc. Etc.
Our other Whirlpool appliances were still working when we replaced them and we have had nothing but problems with the new ones...
Big difference is the old appliances were manufactured in the USA the new appliances are manufactured in MEXICO...
I am saving now to replace all these lousy pieces of crap with something that will work...
Nice to look at but don't ever try to use them... They are junk!!!
