I contacted Global Express to have my goods shipped, after they were delivered to them. They replied, asking me to pay my subscription. I showed that I had already paid, earlier this year. They replied, apologizing for the error. I was also asked by John, on 23rd September if he could source similar products for me. Since then, silence. No one responds to my emails, and I have no idea where my parcel is. I see that others have complained of similar (mis) treatment.
