On the 11th March i place an order (order #2792) for Raspberry Ketone Burn totalling to $152.69. Upon enquiring as to the delivery time is was told "As per the USPS International shipments take 7-24 days to arrive." This period had passed and i had still not received the package. I made further enquries and was told "International shipments may take longer than the 24 day period advised by the US Postal Service. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed." i was told that if i did receive it following i will be liable for a refund, which i then requested. 7 months later after a number of emails trying to get a response, no one has contacted me. This is very disappointing as the thought that i was purchasing from reputable retailers. I advise anyone considering to purchase from Vivid Health Nutrition/Big Health NOT TO DO SO.
