My Girlfriend and I recently Had a great experience at the At&t Store in the la cumbre plaza, in Santa Barbara. We had previously purchased a phone at the store in ventura, and added my girlfriend onto my phone plan. We loved the phone and had a great experience in ventura as well, but I am writing about the La Cumbre store. After purchasing the phone in Ventura at a decent price, my girlfriend saw the same phone for sale at costco for only $20! Being the kind of woman that loves a bargain, and the fact that we are both saving up for our 1 year anniversary in a few weeks, we were eager to save the extra money. We brought the phone back to return at the la cumbre store to see if we could buy it at costco and save the roughly $100. We met with Ariel, who was so sweet and friendly, she answered all of our questions and didn't give us a hard time for trying to save a few bucks. She thought up creative ways for us to be taken care of and save some money. When she figured out what we needed to do in order to make everything work, thats when We were introduced to MAV. Michael Andre Vines, the manager of the store. He was the one that took us the next stretch of the journey, which was quite a long one. When it looked like it would be a lot of trouble in order to do what we wanted, he generously offered to price match the same phone in his store! I would have immediately taken the offer, but my girlfriend unfortunately wanted the specific package that they were offereing at costco, which had extra accessories etc. So Andre kept working for us to get what we wanted, he didn't have an attitude at all during the process, he was soooo patient and genuinely wanted to take care of us. He even gave us his private info so we could call him later when we went to get the phone if there was a problem. He had to go to his boss, and another couple of people in the company to help him, but he did it, and we got the phone and got everything we needed! We are so grateful for his and ariel's help, they made a very long day and situation end up being so very worth it. And I would just like to say thank you to MAV and Ariel!
