Stefan Mainhart steals and needs to be put out of business Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Manayunk

I unfortunately went to Florida along w / 3 others. He had all of us pay gas to move and he doesnt even own a car - big loser for a guy who supposedly makes over 80k a year. We get to florida where he suddenly decides that the apartment is gonna cost more. He says - did u actually think im gonna cover the security deposit?

We'll ya because all of us suppposedly will be promoted out in less than a year. But no, we are locked into a lease and will only get out of payin for it if we find someone to replace it!!! Ripoff!!! So i quit and never got my last paycheck. O and he had some things of mine down there. I sent him multiple emails but he wouldnt respond after i questioned my pay. So I harassed Cydcor for 2 months and what happens - they find it in the books that he never paid me money I earned - WOW!!! Can u say illegal? Can you say lawsuit?

Although i am getting my money, i have now been late on bills. Would any other victim like to put him out of business? I am back in philly and know some lawyers. I called a few former employees and they all said a portion (between 50 -200 bucks) were missin from their pay but they never persued it. Well if we collectively call Cydcor to pull their document and prove he didnt pay us, we can put him out of business or get enough media attention so no one will ever apply to a shady monster or careerbuilder ad again. He lies steals. Whatever it takes.

O and he sucks at BellSouth - he cant even ring the bell so he opts to stay in the office and hopes his people get by. Ft lauderdale florida - sells bellsouth local, longdistance, dsl and direct tv in a neightborhood by you. Dont support him, call the company yourself or wait for a telemarketer to call and sign you up. Im gonna get a private email and post it in a few days so ya'll ex-employees who are interested in putting this scum out of business can contact me and we can get a huge lawsuit together.
