Intersting to hear all this talk about Ds max, cydcor, whatever they want to call it, you can put their partner in hell, on campus marketing, excuse me, they changed their name to Event Marketing International on the list as well.
They use, USE PEOPLE, promise specific goals to clients (outrageous goals) then get mad when the people doing the work (cydcor offices) don't hit the goals. What makes it worse is that the founders of the company, don't back the guys in the field, busting the humps to make 300 a week, promised the world and burn out. Bad management happens when you turn over a " business " to a 20 year old with no business experience. I am sorry regardless of what these morons preach, you need some business acumen to run a business. It is that simple.
If you go on an interview and the " owner" looks like he just walked out of flipping burgers at Mcdonalds, and you think this clown is going to make you rich, that is your bad. Yes there are some "owners" who know what they are doing, are professional, and are succesful. They usually are older, with some experience. Either way, working for commision is a free fall risk... So enter at will...
