I ordered a pair of Ugg Boots on the 15th of September and received only an email saying status of my payment would be confirmed in 24 hours
"Your transaction is pending.
We will notify you of the final payment status within 24 hours via email to... (email address)."
It is the 20th of Sept. I have not yet seen any charge on my credit card and have not received any further followup confirmation or notification around the purchase.
I have never received the boots. The have a contact number but no one answers.
